Guarding campus safety is our shared responsibility. Nowadays, electric bicycles have become a popular choice for many students' daily commutes, but the traffic and fire hazards that come with them cannot be ignored. To reinforce the campus safety, please be sure to keep this electric bike safety guide handy!
一、这些车，绝对不能骑！These bikes must be forbidden to ride!
全体同学请注意，电动摩托车、燃油助动车严禁驾骑！这两类车辆均属于机动车，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十九条规定，未取得驾驶证驾驶机动车的，将被处以200元以上2000元以下罚款，并处15日以下拘留。更重要的是，依据校规，受到拘留及以上处罚的学生，将予以退学处理！别因一时侥幸，毁掉学业前程！
Please be noted: Electric motorcycles and fuel-assisted bicycles are strictly prohibited to ride! Both of these types of vehicles are classified as motor vehicles. According to Article 99 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, those who drive a motor vehicle without a driver's license will be fined between 200 yuan and 2,000 yuan, and will also be subject to a detention of up to 15 days. More importantly, in accordance with the school regulations, students who receive penalties such as detention or above will be expelled from the school! Don't ruin your academic future because of a momentary rashness!
二、购车需谨慎，合规是关键！When purchasing a vehicle, compliance is crucial!
其实，校园内共享电动车充足，周边公交线路也十分便捷，完全能满足日常出行需求，建议大家无需自行购置电动自行车。若确有必要购买，务必选择符合国家新国标的合规车型，具体标准看这里：
1.速度≤25km/h，整车质量≤55kg，车体宽度≤0.45m，前后轮中心距≤1.25m，鞍座长度≤0.35m；
2.蓄电池标称电压≤48V，电机额定功率≤400W；
3.必须具备脚踏骑行功能。
In fact, there are plenty of shared electric bikes on campus, and the surrounding bus routes are also very convenient, which can fully meet daily travel needs. We recommend students not to purchase electric bikes. If it is really necessary to buy one, be sure to choose a compliant model that meets the new national standards. For specific standards, please refer to this:
1.Speed ≤ 25 km/h, whole mass ≤ 55 kg, vehicle body width ≤ 0.45 m, center distance between front and rear wheels ≤ 1.25 m， saddle seat length ≤ 0.35 m；
2. The nominal voltage of the battery is no more than 48V, and the rated power of the motor is no more than 400W.
3. It must have the function of pedal-powered cycling.
三、通行证办理倒计时，逾期将受限！The deadline for applying for the pass is approaching. Failure to complete the application by this date will result in restrictions.！
已购置新国标电动自行车的同学，注意啦！请于11月5日-30日（13:00-16:00） 前往圆形广场办理校园通行证，逾期未办将限制入校骑行！另外，无通行证的电动车、非标电动车一律禁止进入校园。非标电动车不仅安全隐患极大，发生交通事故时保险还不予理赔，赶紧淘汰，别让危险伴你同行！
For students who have purchased new national standard electric bicycles, please go to the Round Square to apply for a campus pass between November 5th and 30th (from 13:00 to 16:00) before the deadline. Failure to apply within this period will result in restricted access to the campus for riding. Additionally, electric bicycles without passes and non-standard electric bicycles are strictly prohibited from entering the campus. Non-standard electric bicycles pose high safety risks and in case of accidents, insurance will not cover the expenses. Please dispose of them immediately and don't let danger accompany you!
