Wang Wei, Professor / PhD, Ph.D Supervisor. Lead Director of oil and protein nutrition and health in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology. Top Young Talents of "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" of Zhejiang Province; Executive Director of Zhejiang Food Society; Executive Director of International Olive Oil Quality Research Center; Innovative Leading Talents of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province; "Hometown of Famous Scholars" of Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province; Director of international referee of Australian Olive Oil Awards Competition; Director of China-Spain International Joint Laboratory of Oil and Protein Nutrition and Health; Head of National Nutrition Quality Evaluation and Appraisal Institution of Famous, Special and Excellent New Agricultural Products; Senior member of the American Society of Oil and Fat Chemists (AOCS); Member of Tumor Nutrition Professional Committee of Chinese Anti-Cancer Society; Member of the Working Committee of Special Medical Food and Bioactive Peptide; Senior member of Chinese Food Science and

In recent years, Dr. Wang Wei, with the theme of food nutrition and health, has been supported by many projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, key projects of Zhejiang Provincial Fund. He has won one third prize of Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, one special prize of National Commercial Science and Technology Progress Award and three first prizes. He has published more than 100 various papers and more than 30 SCI papers. As the main inventor, Dr. Wang Wei has applied for 56 invention patents, including 1 patent from the United States, 28 of which have been authorized, and 3 invention patents have been transformed in the enterprise.
