Chinese Language Open for 2026 March Intake
申请条件 Eligibility
不超过35周岁，未满18周岁的申请者需提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；
Applicant should be under the age of 35. An applicant under the age of 18 shall submit the legal documents of his/her legal guardian(s) in China.
身心健康；
Applicant should be in good health both mentally and physically.
具有高中毕业同等学历或以上，应届高中毕业生由在读学校开具预毕业证明；
Applicant should be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or above, fresh high school graduates shall submit the pre-graduation certificate issued by his or her school.
非中国籍公民。对于中国公民移民外国后申请以外国留学生身份进入我校本科阶段学习的，则需持有效外国籍护照或国籍证明文件四年（含）以上，且最近四年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住两年及以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）；
Non-Chinese citizens. Those who emigrated to other countries from the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan applying to study in ZUST as international students, should meet the following additional requirements: the applicants must hold valid passport or other relevant internationally recognized documents for at least 4 years; meanwhile, in the latest 4 years (by each April 30th of the year of University registration), the applicants must have lived overseas for 2 years (Living overseas for 9 months can be converted to 1 year, which is subject to the exit-entry stamp on visa).
品德良好，无犯罪记录，无吸毒史；愿意遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规和学校的规章制度。
Applicant should have no criminal record and no drug addiction history; Applicant should be willing to abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and relevant school regulations.
申请材料 Documents Require
申请人必须登录在线申请网站（http://isam.zust.edu.cn）并如实在系统中按要求填写信息和上传以下申请材料：
Applicant should log in to the online application website (https://isam.zust.edu.cn)，fill in the information truthfully and upload the following application materials in the system as required:

护照首页。申请人须提交本人普通护照的首页清晰扫描件，如现持有护照有效期不足12个月（自预计学习开始日期起算），请及时申领新护照，并使用新护照完成申请，如曾在中国学习生活过，需提供所有在华签证和居留许可扫描件；
Passport Information Page. Applicants must provide a clear scanned copy of their passport. If the current passport's validity is less than 12 months from the intended study commencement date, a new passport must be obtained for application. Previous study or residence in China requires submission of all relevant Chinese visas and residence permits.
学历证明。经公证的最高学历证书原件电子扫描件，原件非中英文需附上经公证的中文或者英文翻译件扫描件；应届高中毕业生由本人所在学校出具预计毕业证明，报到资格复核时须补交高中毕业证书原件；
Diploma and certificate of highest degree graduation certificate (notarized photocopy in Chinese or English); If the original certificate is not in English or Chinese, a notarized translation version is also required. Fresh high school graduates shall be issued a pre-graduation certificate by their school, and the original high school graduation certificate must be submitted when students register;
学习成绩单。经公证的最高学历教育阶段全部课程的成绩单（中文或英文）；原件非中英文则需附上经公证的中文或英文翻译件；
Academic transcripts . Transcripts in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English; If the original transcript is not in English or Chinese, a notarized translation version is also required.
汉语水平证明(如有）；Proof of Chinese proficiency (if any).
无犯罪记录证明；Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate)
无吸毒、无涉毒承诺书； No drug use or drug-related commitment letter;
外国人体格检查表或健康报告；Valid Foreigner Physical Examination Report
经济担保函（提供至少一年学费相当金额的存款证明）;
Statement of Financial Support (Bank statement to prove that the applicant has sufficient funds to afford his or her tuition, accommodation and living expenses in China).
申请费银行汇款凭证（400元人民币）；Application fee payment voucher (CNY 400);
曾在中国学习的学生需提交原学校的学习表现证明，注明在校出勤率、有无违纪违规行为等信息;
Students already in China should provide a transfer letter or study certificate given by the previous school with attendance rate and study performance.
备注Notes：
1. 无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料和申请费一旦受理将不予退还。
The application documents and application fee will not be returned whether you are accepted or not.
2. 请在申请时如实填写个人汉语水平，以便后续分班参考。
