1.Applicants, Agencies and partner universities please log in at ZUST online application website: http://isam.zust.edu.cn,fill in the application information, upload the scanned copies of relevant application documents，complete the onlineentrance examination and pay application fee RMB 400 or USD 65.

2.Admission Office ofSchool of International Education(SOIE) reviews the application and submits qualified applicants' documents totherelevant departments.

3.The relevant departments review the eligibility of applicants and send the evaluation opinion toSOIE.

4.SOIEconductsan overall assessment of the applicants who has passed the relevant departments’ evaluation and then submits them to the university president in charge as well as the superior authority for approval to determine the admission results.The admission results will be sent to the applicant in the online application portal within 14 working days after the application documents are confirmed as valid.

5.E-offers will be sent to the admitted applicants via online application portal and email.SOIEwill post Admission Letter, Visa Application Form for Foreigners to Study in China（JW202 Form),Notice ofRegistration and other relevant documents to applicantswithin 10 working days on condition that applicants have paid the Pre-Paid Tuition fee--RMB 3000or USD500 to confirm their registration.
