Chinaust was established in 1987 as a Sino-foreign joint venture between Lingyun Industrial Corporation, a listed subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corporation, and Georg Fischer Group of Switzerland. Chinaust has two major business segments: automotive pipeline systems and municipal engineering pipeline systems.

Shanghai Chinaust Automotive Plastic Products Co., Ltd. was established in January 2006 as a subsidiary of the Chinaust Group, with a registered capital of USD 5.5 million. Currently, the company has established branches in Wuhu, Ningbo, and Changshu, and has set up overseas offices in North America, German, and Mexico. Its second overseas company, the Morocco factory, will be completed and operational in 2025.

The company primarily develops and produces automotive engineering plastic components and assemblies. Using materials such as PA, PVC, and TPV, it manufactures and sells single and multi-layer nylon fuel pipes and assemblies for automobiles, providing automotive pipeline design support and system solutions. The company has a comprehensive management, development, and experimental system.

Its products are widely used in automotive fuel, braking, body, engine, thermal management systems, and newly developed energy storage businesses. The products mainly replace metal pipelines and imported components, achieving lightweight, localized, and environmentally friendly automotive parts. Through low-emission and low-permeability materials, the company effectively prevents fuel molecule leakage from pipe walls, reducing air pollution and ultimately achieving zero carbon emissions.

1. Internship/Probation Period:  

- Work at Shanghai Chinaust Automotive Plastic Products Co., Ltd. or its subsidiaries in Changshu, Ningbo, and Wuhu.

- May be assigned to sister companies under the Chinaust Group, including:

- Hebei Chinaust Automotive and its subsidiaries (Zhuozhou, Chongqing, Wuhan, Shiyan)

- Changchun Chinaust Automotive and its subsidiaries (Changchun, Qingdao, Foshan)

- Langfang Shuchang Company (Langfang)

2. After Regularization: Puebla, Mexico

**Domestic**:  

1. Comprehensive annual salary: RMB 150,000 ± 50,000

2. Cash benefits include: phone allowance, high-temperature subsidy, year-end performance bonus, project bonus, holiday subsidies, etc.

3. Social security: Five insurances and one housing fund, plus additional commercial insurance

4. Provided accommodation, work meals, etc. (varies by location)

5. Paid annual leave, home leave, etc.

6. Overseas travel for outstanding employees

**Overseas**:  

1. Comprehensive annual salary:

- Undergraduate: MXN 360,000 ± 120,000 (with fluent Chinese)

- Postgraduate: MXN 480,000 ± 120,000 (with fluent Chinese)

2. Cash benefits include: year-end performance bonus, project bonus, holiday subsidies, etc.

3. Social security: As required by local regulations

4. Local statutory holidays
