Job Responsibilities:
This program is a program of Microsoft's Global Technical Support Center.
1、Mainly for Microsoft cloud products Office365 enterprise customers, through
telephone, email and forums, to provide Microsoft enterprise customers and end users
with procurement consulting, technical answers, troubleshooting and other support.
2、Provide product feedback and analysis to Microsoft, and complete the
corresponding indicators on the customer side.
Job Requirements:
1、Proficient in spoken and written English, fluent in spoken and able to communicate
with foreigners;
2、Willing to learn basic computer-related skills, problem-solving adaptability and
logical ability;
3、Provide paid training, fast learning ability and good willingness to learn;
4、Good attitude and communication skills;
5、Good work resistanc e and obedience;
6、Some project teams have a shift system.
