Position: Sales Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker)
Training Location: Shenzhen and Zhongshan City of China
Indonesian Offices:
(1) Semarang Office: Ruko Kedaton Square No.17, BSB City, Mijen, Semarang, Jawa Tengah 50212;
(2) Cikarang Office: JL.Sungkai Timur Blok F26 No. 19Q Delta Silicone3, Lippo Cikarang, Cicau,Cikarang Pusat, Bekasi 17530.
Target Applicants: Indonesian students currently studying in China, graduating in 2025 or 2026
Training Duration: 3-month training in China
Employment After Training: Formal labor contract with PT LKI MACHINERY INDONESIA, with local BPJS and tax compliance

Job Responsibilities:

Phase 1: Training in China (3 months)

1. Learn core machinery products (specifications, applications, competitive advantages)；

2. Understand sales processes: quoting, contracting, customs clearance, after-sales support；

3. Shadow senior sales managers during client visits and trade fairs；

4. Assist in creating bilingual (Chinese-Indonesian) product materials and technical FAQs.

Phase 2: Work in Indonesia (after training)

1. Act as sales representative for PT LKI MACHINERY INDONESIA;

2. Develop and maintain local distributors, project contractors, and end customers;

3. Serve as communication bridge between Indonesian clients and Chinese technical/sales teams;

4. Conduct market research and support local sales strategy execution.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, and 2025 or 2026 graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, International Trade or related majors are preferred;

2. Basic understanding or strong interest in machinery products, willing to work long-term in Indonesia after training;

3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers of various backgrounds;

4. Willing to take challenges, with good logical thinking, teamwork spirit and cross-cultural adaptability;

5. With valid driver’s license (Indonesian or international) is preferred, willingness to travel all areas covered within the scope of this role;

6. Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5 or above, able to understand technical documents).
