Dear Chinese Government Scholarship students，
The annual review of Chinese Government Scholarship program in 2021/2022 academic year has already begun. Please read the notice carefully.
1.Review Targets
1) Students who continue to enjoy Chinese Government Scholarships after September 2021;
2) Students who are unable to graduate in July 2021 and plan to apply for scholarship extension;
3) Students who failed to pass the scholarship evaluation in 2020/2021, whose scholarship qualification is suspended or whose scholarship allowance is reduced;
2. Review Procedures and Deadline
1) The scholarship students participating in the evaluation shall truthfully fill in the Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status（Student Self-Assessment）(see Annex I), and send the scanned copy of the form to the email address（1023819095@qq.com）before April 16, 2021;
2) Subordinate schools fill in the Opinion from the Schools;
3) According to students' self-assessment form and subordinate school opinion form, the ZUST scholarship evaluation group will evaluate and score students' performance at school in terms of students' moral character (30 points), academic performance (30 points), learning / scientific research attitude (20 points) and activity performance (20 points), and put forward the evaluation opinions. The full score is 100 and students with more than 60 points will be considered as qualified to continue to enjoy the scholarship of the next year. If the score is below 60, the scholarship qualification will be suspended or cancelled;
3.Under any of the following circumstances, students will be disqualified from enjoying the scholarship:
1) Students who do not participate in the annual review without justifiable reasons;
2) Students who fail to pass the annual review twice during the schooling period;
3) Students who are ordered to quit or expelled from school;
