02 Position

Position 1: Overseas Sales Engineer Recruitment Quota: 20–30 Vacancies

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analysis of assigned countries and regions, maintain existing sales channels and develop new ones.

2. Assist partners in project follow-up including quotation, bidding, business negotiation and contract execution.

3. Organize local marketing activities such as elevator exhibitions.

4. Follow company sales policies and procedures strictly to fulfill monthly and annual sales targets.

5. Track and coordinate the collection of accounts receivable in responsible areas.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical or Electrical related majors preferred.

2. Native speaker of English, Russian or other minor languages, competent in Chinese for working (listening, speaking, reading and writing).

3. Outgoing personality with excellent communication and coordination skills.

4. Hard-working and willing to face challenges.

5. Pleasant appearance; Male ≥175cm, Female ≥160cm.

Training & Promotion

3-month training at Hangzhou headquarters before overseas assignment; annual promotion assessment available.

Position 2: Overseas Engineering Management Trainee Recruitment Quota: 15–20 Vacancies

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage full-process overseas projects and provide technical support to guarantee project delivery in line with contracts, standards and local regulations.

2. Identify and solve on-site material problems and equipment faults, and follow up till problem solved.

3. Implement quality & safety standards and deliver relevant on-site training overseas.

4. Develop spare parts business overseas and improve supply efficiency.

5. Complete pre-project survey, plan communication and implementation for elevator renovation projects.

6. Maintain client and partner relations, improve customer satisfaction and brand image with professional service.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2. Fluent Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing, proficient in English, Russian or another foreign language.

3. Master mechanical structure knowledge and proficient in CAD and other design software.

4. Male with good appearance, height over 175cm.

5. Accept global assignment to Southeast Asia, Central Asia, Middle East, Russia and other regions.

Training Route

3-month training at XIO University, more than one year domestic on-site practice, then assigned as overseas project engineer.
