5.作品要求Requirements

一、从浙江的历史人文、经济发展、乡村振兴、科技创新、文化教育、生态美景等视角，展现外国人眼中的美丽浙江、经济浙江、科技浙江、数字浙江、人文浙江等。

二、参赛作品：照片以JPEG格式提交，每幅照片长边不少于3000像素，并配有300字以内的文字说明；微视频：时长为30秒-10分钟，支持横屏格式，视频规格1280*720像素以上，MP4格式。

三、作品应无版权风险，为参赛者原创作品，不得使用无版权素材，不得侵犯第三方的著作权、商标权等一切合法权利，严禁抄袭，一经发现，将由参赛者承担全部责任

四、作品内容不得涉及色情、暴力、宗教与种族歧视等，不得有反动、违法内容，不得植入广告等。
