安全提醒:流感高发季校园防护指南 Flu Prevention Tips on Campus

近期气温波动明显,季节性流感活动显著增强,请大家提高防范意识,采取科学防护措施,共同营造健康安全的校园环境。

Recently,there have been significant temperature fluctuations,and seasonal influenza activity has increased noticeably.To ensure the health and safety of every international student,the International College reminds everyone to raise awareness and take scientific preventive measures to maintain a healthy and safe campus environment.


防护建议Prevention Tips

1.适时增添衣物,注意保暖

Dress warmly and adjust clothing according to weather changes.

近期早晚温差较大,请根据天气变化及时增添衣物,避免因受凉导致抵抗力下降。

As temperatures vary significantly between day and night recently, please adjust your clothing in time to keep warm and avoid lowered immunity due to catching a cold.


2.坚持佩戴口罩,勤洗手勤消毒

Wear masks regularly and maintain hand hygiene.

在教室、图书馆、食堂等公共场所或乘坐公共交通时,请规范佩戴口罩。日常勤用流水和洗手液洗手,或使用免洗消毒液清洁双手。

Please wear masks properly in public areas such as classrooms, libraries, and cafeterias, or when using public transportation. Wash hands frequently with running water and soap, or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer.


3.保持社交距离,减少聚集

Keep social distance and avoid gatherings.

尽量避免前往人员密集的场所,如需参与集体活动,请保持安全距离,注意个人防护。

Try to avoid crowded places. If you need to participate in group activities, please maintain a safe distance and pay attention to personal protection.


4.加强室内通风,保持环境清洁

Improve indoor ventilation and maintain cleanliness.

宿舍、自习室等室内空间应每日定时开窗通风,保持空气流通。定期清洁常用物品及接触表面。

Please open windows regularly in dormitories, study rooms, and other indoor spaces to ensure air circulation. Clean frequently used items and contact surfaces periodically.


5.做好健康监测,及时就医报备

Monitor your health and seek medical help when needed.

如出现发热、咳嗽、咽痛、乏力或肌肉酸痛等症状,请立即佩戴口罩,及时到校医院或附近医疗机构就诊,并第一时间向辅导员报备。

If you experience symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or muscle aches, please wear a mask immediately, seek medical attention at the campus clinic or nearby healthcare facilities, and inform your advisor.


6.保持规律作息,合理饮食运动

Maintain a regular routine and a balanced lifestyle.

注意劳逸结合,保证充足睡眠;均衡营养,适量多饮水;适当进行户外锻炼,增强身体素质。

Balance work and rest, ensure adequate sleep, maintain a balanced diet with proper hydration, and engage in appropriate outdoor exercise to improve physical fitness.
