赛事背景Contest Background
由教育部国际合作与交流司指导，教育部留学服务中心主办，环球网承办。
Guided by the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of the Ministry of Education, hosted by the China Service Center for Scholarly Exchange, and undertaken by Global Times Online.
参赛对象Eligible Participants
浙江科技大学在读国际学生均可参加。
All international students currently studying at Zhejiang University of Science and Technology are welcome to participate.
参赛要求速览Overview of Participation Requirements
可任选征文/短视频参赛，也可双赛道兼顾，作品须原创且未公开发表！
Participants can choose either the essay contest or the short video contest, or participate in both. All works must be original and have not been publicly published!
征文Essay
体裁不限，篇幅1000字左右，须用中文撰写，正文建议使用宋体、小四号字、1.5倍行距
No restriction on genre, approximately 1,000 words, written in Chinese. It is recommended that the main text use SimSun font, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing.
短视频Short Video
1. 时长1分钟-6分钟
Duration: 1-6 minutes
2. 建议横屏拍摄，画幅16:9，画面焦点清晰，不带角标、水印或标识
It is recommended to shoot in landscape mode with a 16:9 aspect ratio, clear focus, and no corner marks, watermarks or logos
3. 编码格式为MP4/MOV Encoding format: MP4/MOV
4. 语言不限，建议配中英双语字幕，汉字使用规范准确
Language: No restriction on language, it is recommended to add bilingual subtitles (Chinese + English), and Chinese characters should be used standardly and accurately
5. 优秀作品赛后将公开展播
Excellent works will be publicly screened after the contest
参赛方式Submission Method
请于12月7日前将作品直接发送至223013@zust.edu.cn参赛作品名称格式为：征文（或者短视频）+姓名+学号。
Please send your work to 223013@zust.edu.cn before December 7th, 2025. File naming format: Essay (or Short Video) + Name + Student ID
作品评选Evaluation and Awards
• 征文赛道奖项：“文心璀璨”一、二、三等奖及优秀奖
Essay Track Awards: "Brilliant Writing" First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Excellence Award
• 短视频赛道奖项：“光影之美”“创意之星”“文明之桥”“友谊之光”四大奖项，各设一、二、三等奖及优秀奖
Short Video Track Awards: Four awards including "Beauty of Light and Shadow", "Creative Star", "Bridge of Civilization" and "Light of Friendship", each with First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Excellence Award.
• 特色奖项：“人气之星”（由网络投票产生，征文、视频各前三名）
Special Awards: "Popular Star" (selected by online voting, top 3 in essay and video categories respectively)
