关于举办“读懂中国”留学生征文比赛的通知
为全面展示中华文明的辉煌成就和广大留学生对中国日新月异发展变化的认知和体验，稳步提升留学生培养质量，丰富留学生学习生活和检验留学生中文学习成果，浙江科技大学图书馆联合国际教育学院、人文学院、我校浙江省国际学生国情教育名师工作室和校大学生文化素质教育基地共同举办首届来华留学生征文比赛活动。
一、比赛规则
本次征文以“读懂中国”为宗旨，邀请在校留学生参考图书馆双语书展推荐的40本书刊或者根据自己曾经读过的中文图书，亲笔写出自己的读后感想。征文题目自拟，请全部采用中文书写，字数至少800字。征文请务必写上姓名、学号、班级和联系电话。如果有指导老师，也请留下指导老师姓名和联系方式。
二、奖励办法
图书馆联合国际教育学院和人文学院将组织专家对每篇征文进行认真评审，评选出20篇获奖征文，其中一等奖4人、二等奖6人、三等奖10人。设立若干比赛优秀组织奖和优秀指导老师奖。学校将组织颁奖典礼，给每位获奖选手颁发荣誉证书和精美奖品，获奖征文将在图书馆东一楼大厅展出。

“Understanding China” the First Essay Contest for
International Students
Dear students,
To showcase the remarkable achievements of Chinese civilization and your understanding of China's rapid development and changes, as well as enrich your academic experience and test your Chinese language proficiency, the Library, in collaboration with the School of International Education, the School of Humanities, Zhejiang International Students' National Education Master Studio of ZUST, and the College Students’ Cultural Quality Education Base, is pleased to announce the inaugural international students’ essay contest.
I.Rules
The theme of this contest is "Understanding China." You are invited to share your reflections after reading any of the 40 recommended books from the Bilingual Book Fair of the library or other relevant sources. Please create your own title and write your essay entirely in Chinese. The minimum word is 800 words. Please ensure that your name, student number, class, and phone number are included. If you have an instructor, kindly provide their name and contact information.
II.Rewards
The library, the School of International Education and the School of Humanities will arrange experts to meticulously evaluate each essay and select 20 winners, including 4 first prizes, 6 second prizes, and 10 third prizes. Additionally, several awards will be granted for outstanding organization and instructor contributions. An award ceremony will be held, and each winner will receive a certificate of honor and exciting prizes. The winning essays will be showcased in the first floor in the library.
