During Jan 7th to 9th, the lowest temperature in plain areas dropped to minus 3℃ to minus 6℃ with freezing or severe freezing, and mountainous areas from minus 5℃ to minus 10℃ with severe freezing.

Take measures to keep warm to prevent frostbite and cold; when walking or driving e-bike, be sure to slow down to prevent accidents caused by icing on the road; please pay attention to electricity safety, do not use illegal high-power electrical appliances in the dorm or apartment, to prevent fires caused by illegal use of electricity.

2.Epidemic Prevention

By 18:00 on January 5, in China Mainland altogether 1 area which is in Hebei Province has been readjusted as high-risk areas, and 49 areas have been readjusted as medium-risk areas (7 in Beijing, 4 in Hebei Province, 32 in Liaoning Province, and 6 in Heilongjiang Province).

The epidemic is not over yet, please continue to maintain high awareness of prevention and control, insist on wearing masks scientifically, washing your hands frequently, ventilating frequently, and not gathering together; maintain a safe social distance and keep good hygiene habits; do not go to medium- or high-risk areas, and don't leave Hangzhou without permission.
